• Educational Certificates – Mark sheets and degree certificates of qualifying examinations.

• Disability Certificate (PwBD) – Proof of benchmark disability (minimum 40%) issued by authorized medical board.
• Experience Certificates – For posts requiring prior work experience, attach relevant proof from recognized institutions.
• Photo ID Proof – Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or any government-issued identity document.
• Passport Size Photograph – Recent color photograph in prescribed format.
