Note: Only full-time regular courses recognized by AICTE/UGC/State Boards are valid. General/OBC/EWS candidates require 60% aggregate marks, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 50%. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India directives.

1. Download Application Form: Obtain the prescribed format (Annexure “A”) from the official notification available at https://ddpdoo.gov.in.
2. Fill in BLOCK LETTERS: Complete the form carefully and attach self‑attested copies of required documents including age proof, qualification certificates, experience certificates, and salary proof.
3. Envelope Superscription: Clearly mention “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______ ON FIXED TERM CONTRACT BASIS” on the envelope.
4. Submission Mode: Applications must be sent via SPEED POST ONLY. No online applications will be accepted.
