General Conditions

Sports achievements must be within the current and previous two financial years (i.e., 2023–24, 2024–25, and 2025–26)
Certificates must be issued by recognized National Sports Federations or Associations
Achievements must be supported by original documents during verification
Only achievements in events recognized by Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports / Railway Sports Promotion Board will be considered
