1. NATS Registration: Applicants must first register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Portal and obtain a valid 16-digit Registration Number. This number must be mentioned in the application form.
2. Application Form: Download and fill the prescribed application form clearly in block letters. Ensure all mandatory fields are completed.
3. Document Attachment: Attach self-attested copies of required documents including 10th & 12th marksheets, graduation/diploma marksheets, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, Aadhaar card, bank passbook, and NATS registration proof.
4. Submission Options:
   • Online: Apply through the official CSPDCL portal – Apply Online
   • Offline: Send duly completed applications to:

5. Deadline: Applications must be submitted on or before 20 February 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
6. Important Note: Candidates should regularly check the CSPDCL website for updates, merit list publication, and interview schedule. The company will not be responsible if email notifications are not received.

Note: Selection is strictly merit-based. No separate written test or competitive exam will be held.

3. Verification of Eligibility: Applications will be screened to ensure candidates meet educational qualifications, age limit, and residency requirements.
4. Merit List Preparation: A merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Diploma/Degree).
5. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Performance in the interview will be combined with academic marks.
6. Final Selection: The final merit list and waiting list will be published on the CSPDCL website. Selected candidates will be notified via email.
7. Contract Signing: Selected candidates must appear on the scheduled date for contract signing. If email notification is not received, candidates are advised to regularly check the CSPDCL website for updates.

Note: Selection is strictly merit‑based. No written examination will be conducted. Reservation rules will be followed as per Chhattisgarh Government norms.

Selected apprentices will be posted at CSPDCL power plants including Hasdeo Thermal Power Station (Korba West), Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Thermal Power Station (Korba East), Atal Bihari Vajpayee Thermal Power Station (Madwa), and Hasdeo Bango Hydro Power Plant (Machadoli).
