• Educational Certificates: Self-attested copies of 10th/12th mark sheets and certificates proving qualification as per post.
• Age Proof: Birth certificate, matriculation certificate, or government-issued ID showing date of birth.
• Caste Certificate (if applicable): Valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate issued by competent authority, following central government format.
• PwBD Certificate: Medical board certificate in prescribed format for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities; exemption from typing test if certified.
• ESM Certificate: Discharge book/service certificate for Ex-Servicemen, showing length of service.
• Experience Certificate: For CMT Driver, proof of minimum two years’ driving experience and motor mechanism knowledge.
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar card, voter ID, or other valid government ID.
• Photographs: Two recent passport-size photographs, self-attested, identical to the one affixed on the form.
• Domicile Certificate: Proof of residence issued by local authority, if required.
• Other Supporting Documents: Employment Exchange registration (if any), No Objection Certificate for departmental candidates.

1. Download Application Form: Obtain Annexure-I format from the official notification published in Employment News.
2. Fill Details Carefully: Enter personal, educational, and category information in block letters; attach photograph.
3. Attach Self-Attested Documents: Include all required certificates, proof of age, caste, PwBD/ESM, and experience documents.
4. Prepare Envelope: Clearly mention “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ___ AND CATEGORY ___” on the envelope.
5. Include Self-Addressed Envelope: Attach a self-addressed envelope with ₹10 postal stamp for communication.
6. Send Application: Post the completed form and documents to the chosen Air Force Station/Unit address listed in the notification.
7. Deadline: Ensure the application reaches the concerned station by 01 June 2026; late submissions will be rejected.
8. Keep Copies: Retain photocopies of the application and documents for future reference.

• Application Scrutiny: All applications are first checked for eligibility in terms of age, qualifications, and required documents. Incomplete or invalid applications are rejected at this stage.
• Written Test: Eligible candidates receive call letters for a written examination. The test carries 100% weightage and is based on minimum educational qualifications.
• Syllabus:
  • LDC/Hindi Typist: General Intelligence, English Language, Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness.
  • CMT Driver: General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, General Awareness, and Trade/Post related questions.
• Language of Exam: The written test is conducted in both English and Hindi for candidate convenience.
• Skill/Practical/Physical Test: Shortlisted candidates must undergo qualifying skill tests (typing for clerical posts, driving test for CMTD). These are qualifying in nature and do not carry marks.
• Merit List Preparation: Final merit is based solely on written test performance, with category‑wise shortlisting applied.
• Document Verification: Candidates must present original certificates (educational, caste, PwBD/ESM, experience) at the time of skill/physical test for verification.
• Final Selection: Candidates who qualify all stages are appointed subject to medical fitness and verification of credentials. Selected candidates are liable for All India Service postings.

Note: Written test carries 100% weightage. Skill/Practical/Physical tests are qualifying in nature. The exam will be conducted in both English and Hindi.
