IIFCL Recruitment 2026: 37 Vacancies, Apply Online by April 10, 2026

Note: Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India guidelines. Candidates must possess valid certificates and mark-sheets at the time of application and interview.

2. Click on “Apply Online” under IIFCL Recruitment 2026.
3. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
4. Fill in personal, educational, and professional experience details carefully.
5. Upload scanned documents including photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
6. Pay the application fee online (₹1000 for General/OBC/EWS, ₹100 for SC/ST/PwBD).
7. Review all details before submission, then submit the form.
8. Download and save the confirmation slip for future reference.

Note: Applications are accepted online only. No offline submissions will be entertained.

• Valid ID Proof: Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or other government-issued ID.
• Educational Certificates: Graduation and Postgraduation mark sheets and degree certificates.
• Experience Certificates: Proof of relevant work experience in officer cadre roles.
• Caste/Category Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates, issued by competent authority.
• PwBD Certificate: For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, as per RPWD Act 2016.
• Photograph & Signature: Recent passport-size photo and scanned signature in prescribed format.

Phase I – Online Examination: Total 200 marks, duration 120 minutes. The exam is divided into two parts:

Important: Each wrong answer carries a penalty of ¼th of the marks assigned. Candidates must secure minimum aggregate marks as prescribed by IIFCL to qualify for Phase II (Interview).

The selection process for IIFCL Recruitment 2026 is designed to assess both technical knowledge and behavioural competencies of candidates. It involves multiple stages:

• Phase I – Online Examination: Objective test covering reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English, current affairs, and domain knowledge.
• Phase II – Interview: Technical and behavioural interview to evaluate subject expertise, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
• Final Merit List: Prepared with a 40:60 weightage ratio (Exam: Interview). Candidates must qualify in both stages to be considered.

Note: IIFCL may also conduct group discussions or psychometric tests as additional evaluation tools. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.

Selected candidates will be appointed on a full-time basis and may be posted anywhere in India at IIFCL’s offices, verticals, or subsidiaries. Transfers and postings are at the discretion of the organization and may vary depending on operational requirements.
