*Candidates must possess the required qualification as on the closing date of application (01 May 2026). Appearing candidates or those awaiting results are not eligible. Age will be reckoned as on 01 January 2026.

*Vacancies include vertical and horizontal reservations as per Government of India rules. PwBD and Ex-Servicemen quotas are adjusted within the respective categories. Backlog vacancies are carried forward and filled as per reservation policy.

• Valid Educational Certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post‑Graduation as applicable)
• Caste/Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC‑NCL/EWS) issued by competent authority
• PwBD Certificate (minimum 40% disability) or Ex‑Servicemen Service Certificate
• Government‑issued Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License)
• Recent Passport‑size Photographs (as per specifications)
• Signature scanned copy (as per application guidelines)
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) if employed in Govt./PSU/Autonomous body
• Income & Asset Certificate for EWS candidates (valid within one year)

1. Visit the official Apply Online Portal.
2. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number to generate login credentials.
3. Log in and carefully fill the application form with personal, academic, and category details.
4. Upload scanned copies of required documents, photograph, and signature in specified formats.
5. Pay the application fee online (₹1000 for General/OBC/EWS; Nil for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex‑Servicemen).
6. Review the application thoroughly before final submission to avoid errors.
7. Submit the application and download/print the confirmation page for future reference.

*Ensure all details are accurate. Incomplete or incorrect applications may be rejected. Keep a copy of the application for exam and interview stages.

• Step 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Objective exam covering relevant subjects.
• Step 2: Document Verification – Checking eligibility, certificates, and category claims.
• Step 3: Interview – Conducted only for Assistant Manager (Finance, E-1).
• Step 4: Medical Examination – Final fitness test as per IRFC standards.
• Final Merit: Prepared strictly based on performance in CBT, interview (where applicable), and reservation rules.

*The CBT will be objective type with multiple-choice questions. Negative marking may apply as per IRFC rules.

The primary posting location for selected candidates will be the Corporate Office of IRFC in New Delhi. However, employees may be transferred to other offices or project sites across India as per organizational requirements. Candidates should be prepared for relocation and travel as part of their service conditions.
