• Experience Certificate: Mandatory for Technician post, showing at least 1 year of relevant work experience in electrical trade.
• Valid Electrical Permit: LT/Mining Electrical Permit authorized by the appropriate licensing authority (for Technician).
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or any government-issued photo ID.
• Photographs: Recent passport-size color photographs (as per specifications in notification).
• Signature: Scanned copy of candidate’s signature in prescribed format.
• Category-specific Documents: PwD certificate (if applicable), Ex-Servicemen discharge certificate.
• Application Confirmation Slip: Printed copy of the online application form and fee receipt (if applicable).

2. Step 2 – Access Application Link: Click on the “Apply Online” link provided for Assistant Foreman & Technician Recruitment 2026.
3. Step 3 – Registration: Register using a valid email ID and mobile number. Generate login credentials for future access.

• Step 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT): All eligible candidates will appear for an online CBT consisting of technical, general awareness, and reasoning questions. The exam will be objective type with multiple-choice questions.
• Step 2 – Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the CBT. Cut-off marks will be applied category-wise as per Government norms.
• Step 3 – Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original documents including educational certificates, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate, and valid electrical permit (for Technician).
• Step 4 – Medical Examination: Selected candidates will undergo a preliminary medical fitness test to ensure suitability for coal mining operations.
• Step 5 – Final Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared category-wise based solely on CBT scores, subject to successful document verification and medical clearance.
• Step 6 – Appointment: Candidates who clear all stages will receive appointment letters and be posted across MCL mines and projects in Odisha.
