1. Visit the Official Website: Go to UPSSSC website.
2. Find the Advertisement: On the homepage, click on “Live Advertisement Segment” → Advertisement No. 01‑Exam/2026 (Pharmacist Recruitment).
3. Login with PET‑2025 Registration Number: Enter your PET‑2025 Registration Number and authenticate using the OTP sent to your registered mobile/email.
4. Fill in Application Details: Personal details (name, father’s name, DOB, category, etc.) will auto‑populate from PET‑2025 records. Enter educational qualification details (board/university, year of passing, certificate number, marks, etc.) and confirm.
5. Upload Photo & Signature: The photo and signature uploaded during PET‑2025 will automatically appear. No changes are allowed.
6. Declaration: Read the declaration carefully, tick the checkboxes to agree, enter the verification code, and click “Save & Submit.”
7. Fee Payment: Pay the processing fee of ₹25 using Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or SBI e‑Challan. Once payment is reconciled, your application will be considered submitted.
8. Download & Print: After successful submission, download and print your application form for future reference.

• Educational Qualification Certificates: Original and photocopies of all relevant academic certificates and mark sheets proving eligibility.
• PET-2025 Scorecard: Mandatory proof of having appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025).
• Caste/EWS Certificate (if applicable): Valid certificate issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format, supporting reservation claims.

The UPSSSC Pharmacist Main Examination will be conducted for candidates shortlisted on the basis of their PET‑2025 normalized scores. Only those who scored above zero in PET‑2025 will be eligible. The exam will test subject knowledge, general awareness, and reasoning ability. The written test will be objective in nature with multiple‑choice questions. Marks obtained in the main exam will be combined with PET‑2025 scores for final merit preparation. Negative marking may apply for incorrect answers as per UPSSSC rules. Exam centers will be located across major cities in Uttar Pradesh, and details will be provided in the admit card.
