The selection process for AIIA Non‑Teaching Recruitment 2026 will vary depending on the post and mode of recruitment (Direct or Deputation). The general procedure includes:

• Screening of Applications: All applications will be scrutinized to ensure eligibility criteria are met.
• Shortlisting: Candidates may be shortlisted based on higher qualifications, relevant experience, or through a screening test if applications are disproportionately high.
• Written Test: For certain posts under Direct Recruitment, a written examination may be conducted to assess subject knowledge and aptitude.

For Direct Recruitment:

• Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate).
• Educational qualification certificates (10+2, Graduation, Post‑Graduation, Diploma, etc.).
• Experience certificates from recognized institutions (if applicable).
• Caste/Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) issued by competent authority.
• PwBD certificate (if applicable).
• Ex‑Servicemen certificate (if applicable).
• Application fee payment receipt (for General/OBC/EWS/SC/ST categories).

For Deputation Basis:

• Printed copy of the online application form.
• Cadre Clearance Certificate.
• Integrity Certificate.
• Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
• List of major/minor penalties imposed during the last 10 years (if none, a ‘Nil’ certificate).
• Attested photocopies of ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years (each page attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary).
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer.

Note: All certificates must be uploaded online in prescribed format and size. Deputation candidates must also send hard copies by Speed Post/Registered Post to the Director, AIIA, New Delhi within 15 days of online application closure.

The exam pattern for AIIA Non‑Teaching Recruitment 2026 (for posts under Direct Recruitment) may include:

• Written Test: Objective type questions covering General Awareness, Reasoning, English, and Subject Knowledge.
• Skill Test: For technical posts (Lab Technologist, Store Keeper, Yoga Instructor, Panchakarma Technician).
• Interview: For Group A posts and selected Group B posts.
