AVP – II Zonal Receivables Manager 35 – 52 years Graduation in any discipline. Preferred: PG Diploma / MBA. Minimum 15 years cumulative experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Services/Insurance/Allied Industry, with at least 10 years in debt collection, recovery, portfolio or asset quality management.
AVP – I Regional Receivables Manager 30 – 45 years Graduation in any discipline. Preferred: PG Diploma / MBA. Minimum 10 years cumulative experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Services/Insurance/Allied Industry, with at least 5 years in debt collection, recovery, portfolio or asset quality management.
Area Receivables Manager (Deputy Manager) 26 – 38 years Graduation in any discipline. Preferred: PG Diploma / MBA. Minimum 6 years cumulative experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Services/Insurance/Allied Industry, with at least 3 years in debt collection, recovery, portfolio or asset quality management.
AVP – I Compliance Manager 30 – 45 years Graduation in any discipline. Preferred: PG Diploma / MBA / Legal background. Minimum 10 years cumulative experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Services/Insurance/Allied Industry, with at least 5 years in compliance management.
AVP – I Complaint Manager 30 – 45 years Graduation in any discipline. Preferred: PG Diploma / MBA. Minimum 10 years cumulative experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Services/Insurance/Allied Industry, with at least 5 years in customer complaint management.
Process Manager (Deputy Manager) 25 – 38 years Graduation in any discipline. Preferred: PG Diploma / MBA. Minimum 5 years cumulative experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Services/Insurance/Allied Industry, with at least 2 years in process management related to collections/recovery/portfolio management.
Vendor Manager (Deputy Manager) 25 – 38 years Graduation in any discipline. Preferred: PG Diploma / MBA. Minimum 5 years cumulative experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Services/Insurance/Allied Industry, with at least 2 years in vendor management processes.
