Requirement	Details
Age Limit	Maximum age: 50 years as on closing date. No relaxation beyond 50 years mentioned in notification.
Educational Qualification	BE/B.Tech or equivalent Engineering degree with minimum 60% marks (regular full-time). Disciplines accepted: Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Instrumentation, or combinations with emerging branches. Preference given to candidates with MBA degree. Degrees must be from UGC/AICTE recognized institutions in India or abroad.
Experience	Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in IT/Telecom networks (planning, installation, operation, maintenance). At least 5 years in senior executive/managerial roles (DGM or above in PSU/Govt, AVP/GM in private sector). Experience in listed companies or firms with average turnover of ₹3000 Cr+ over 3 years. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills required. Prior consultancy with Govt/PSUs/telecom sector entities is an advantage.
