Candidates must ensure that all required documents are enclosed with the hard copy of the application form. Incomplete applications or missing documents may lead to rejection without prior notice. The following documents are mandatory:

• Educational Certificates: Self-attested copies of UG, PG, and Ph.D. degree certificates and mark sheets.
• Experience Certificates: Proof of teaching/research/industry experience issued by recognized institutions.
• Category Certificate: Valid caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates as per UP Government norms.
• NET/SET/SLET Qualification Proof: Certificate of eligibility test or exemption proof (Ph.D. as per UGC regulations).
• Demand Draft: Non-refundable application fee DD (₹1000 for General/OBC, ₹500 for SC/ST) payable to Finance Officer, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi.
• Passport-size Photographs: Recent colored photographs duly signed by the candidate.
• Identity Proof: Copy of Aadhaar Card/Passport/Voter ID for verification.
• Research Publications: Copies of published papers, books, or patents (if applicable).
• No Objection Certificate (NOC): For candidates already employed in government or private institutions.
• Application Form PDF: Printed copy of the online application form generated after submission.

The selection process for faculty positions at Bundelkhand University Jhansi will be conducted strictly in accordance with university norms and government guidelines. Candidates will be shortlisted based on academic qualifications, research contributions, and teaching experience, following the Raj Bhavan orders dated 02 July 2021 and 18 May 2023.

• Shortlisting: Applications will be screened to ensure eligibility and compliance with UGC/AICTE/PCI/NCTE/COA norms.
• Written Test (if applicable): Certain departments may conduct a written examination to assess subject knowledge.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview to evaluate teaching aptitude, research achievements, and subject expertise.
• Final Merit: Selection will be based on performance in interview/written test, academic record, and research publications.
• Reservation Policy: All appointments will adhere to Uttar Pradesh Government reservation rules for UR, OBC, SC, ST, and EWS categories.
• No TA/DA: Candidates attending interviews or tests will not be provided travel allowance or daily allowance.
