Risk Management 33–45 Years B.Sc in Statistics/Economics or MBA Finance/Banking with FRM/CFA/PRM mandatory. Minimum 10 years in banking, 5 years in risk management. Current role as Chief Manager or 4 years as Senior Manager.
Compliance / Risk Management 33–45 Years B.Sc in Statistics/Economics or MBA/PGDM in Finance/Risk. FRM/CFA/PRM mandatory. 10 years banking experience, 5 years in compliance/risk. Exposure to AML/KYC and IFSCA compliance preferred.
Asset Liability Management 33–45 Years BE/B.Tech or PG in Business/Banking/Finance or Chartered Accountant. FRM/PRM/CFA mandatory. 10 years banking, 5 years in ALM/Risk. Experience in liquidity and interest rate risk management desirable.
Digital Risk & Analytics 33–45 Years Bachelor’s in Mathematics/Statistics/IT/Data Science. Preferred MBA/PGDM in Finance. Certifications in FRM, PRM, CFA, ML/AI. 10 years banking, 5 years in digital/IT risk. Experience in model validation and vendor risk management desirable.
Finance & Accounts 33–45 Years Mandatory Chartered Accountant (ICAI). 10 years in commercial banks, 7 years at Head Office in taxation, GST, IFRS, Ind-AS, capital raising. Current role as Chief Manager or 4 years as Senior Manager.
Credit Officer 33–45 Years CA/CFA/CMA-ICWA or PG in Banking/Finance/Credit. 10 years post-qualification, 7 years in corporate credit/project finance in banks with 2000+ branches. Current role as Chief Manager or 4 years as Senior Manager.
