Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for the Young Professional posts in the Communications Department:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing, PR, or Communication.
• Professional Experience: At least three years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
• Age Criteria: Applicants should not exceed 35 years of age on the closing date of application.

Meeting all eligibility criteria is essential. Incomplete applications or those not fulfilling the requirements will not be considered for shortlisting.

2. Fill in details (typed), affix photo, and sign in the designated space.
3. Prepare a short write‑up on how you will perform the tasks required.
4. Convert the completed form into PDF format.
5. Email the scanned PDF to yp.rc@dda.org.in before 28 February 2026.
6. Do not attach supporting documents at this stage. Originals must be produced at interview.

Selected Young Professionals will receive a fixed consolidated remuneration of ₹65,000 per month. This salary is inclusive of all allowances and benefits, with no additional perks such as DA, HRA, or transport allowance.

• Monthly Pay: ₹65,000 (consolidated, non‑variable)
• Contractual Basis: Payment is linked to the one‑year contractual engagement, extendable based on performance.
• No Extra Benefits: The remuneration does not include pension, gratuity, or medical insurance.
• Continuation or extension of the contract will depend on annual performance evaluation.

This transparent salary structure ensures clarity for applicants, highlighting that the role is purely contractual with a competitive monthly package.

No written exam. Selection is based on qualification marks, relevant experience, and interview performance.

The selection process for DDA Young Professionals will be conducted in a transparent and merit-based manner. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic qualifications and relevant professional experience. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend the interview.

• Shortlisting: Applications will be screened according to eligibility criteria, academic record, and work experience.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear before the DDA Interview Board. Performance in the interview will carry significant weightage.
• Final Merit: Marks obtained in essential qualifications, relevant experience, and interview will be combined to prepare the final merit list.
• No TA/DA: Candidates must attend the interview at their own expense. No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided.
• Engagement is purely contractual for one year, extendable based on performance and requirement.
