DRDO VRDE Paid Internship 2026 – Apply Before 08 June | 15 Vacancies, ₹30,000 Stipend

Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents at the time of joining. Each item is mandatory for verification and eligibility:

• No Objection Certificate (NOC): Issued by the college authorities on official letterhead, confirming that the student is permitted to attend internship training at VRDE and will be relieved for at least 15 working days per month.
• Police Verification Certificate: Obtained from the local Police Station. The acknowledgement slip must be submitted at the time of joining.
• Bank Details: Provide account number, IFSC code, and bank name for stipend transfer. Ensure accuracy to avoid payment delays.
• College ID & Aadhaar: Original Aadhaar card and college identity card must be presented for verification.
• Passport-size Photographs: Two recent passport-size photographs (4.5 x 3.5 cm) to be submitted along with the application.
• Mark Sheets: All previous semester mark sheets in original for verification. Originals will be returned immediately after verification.
• Additional Documents (if required): Any other documents requested by VRDE during selection or joining will need to be submitted promptly.

Note: Failure to provide any of the above documents will result in cancellation of the internship offer. Ensure all documents are complete and ready before the joining date.

Application has two channels — Email (preferred) or Physical Post. There is no online portal. Follow the detailed steps below:

1. Download Notification: Access the official notification PDF (link available in Important Links section).
2. Print Application Form: Use the prescribed proforma provided on page 3 of the notification PDF.
3. Fill Details: Enter personal information, branch, branch code, degree, semester, CGPA, achievements, and sign the declaration.
4. Affix Photograph: Attach a passport-size photo (4.5 x 3.5 cm) on the form.
5. Obtain NOC: Secure a Reference / No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your Principal/Director on college letterhead — mandatory.
6. Attach Documents: Enclose copies of latest semester/year marksheet, Aadhaar card, reference letter, and bio-data.
7. Channel 1 (Email – Preferred): Scan all documents into a single PDF and email to kapilpuraswani.vrde@gov.in before the last date.
8. Channel 2 (Post): Place all documents in an envelope superscribed “Application for Paid Internship with Discipline ……” (mention your discipline) and send to:

9. Deadline: Ensure your application (email or post) reaches VRDE by 08 June 2026.

Selection is purely merit-based — there is no written exam and no interview conducted at VRDE before selection. The process is outlined below:

1. Merit Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CGPA / aggregate marks in previous semesters.
2. Email Intimation: Selected candidates will be informed via email on 19 June 2026, along with detailed terms & conditions of the internship.
3. Police Verification: A Police Verification Certificate from the local Police Station must be submitted at the time of joining.
4. College NOC: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college authorities, issued on official letterhead, is mandatory at the time of joining.
5. Important Note: No communication will be undertaken with rejected candidates. Only shortlisted students will receive intimation.
6. Management Rights: The Establishment reserves the right to change vacancy positions or selection criteria at any time without assigning any reason.
