HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2026, Vacancy 250, Last date 10 March 2026

1. Step 1 – Register on HPCL Apprentice Portal:
   Visit HPCL Apprentice Portal and click on “Sign up for New Registration”.
2. Step 2 – Login:
   Use the credentials (email ID and password) received on your registered email to log in.
3. Step 3 – Fill Details:
   Enter personal, contact, and qualification details carefully. Select your engineering branch and preferred refinery location (Mumbai or Visakh).
4. Step 4 – Upload Documents:
   Upload a recent passport‑size photo and signature in the required format.
5. Step 5 – Validate & Submit:
   Preview your application, validate the details, and click “Final Submit”.
6. Step 6 – Confirmation:
   Download the submitted application form and note your HPCL Application Number.

NATS 2.0 Registration (Mandatory Before HPCL Application)

1. Visit NATS 2.0 Portal and click “Student → Register”.
2. Fill basic information (name, DOB, email, mobile) and verify via OTP.
3. Provide educational details (branch, university, year of passing) and upload marksheets.
4. Upload required documents: passport photo, signature, Aadhaar card.
5. Select preferred BOAT region (Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western) and apprenticeship preferences.
6. Submit the form and obtain your NATS Enrollment Number.
7. Wait for BOAT approval. Once approved, your profile becomes active and valid for HPCL application.

Pro Tip: Keep your NATS Enrollment Number handy — it is required in the HPCL Apprentice Application Form.

Graduate Apprentice Trainees will be placed at either Mumbai Refinery (Maharashtra) or Visakh Refinery (Andhra Pradesh) based on candidate preference.
