Eligibility Criteria – HPCL Graduate Apprentices Recruitment 2026

Criteria Details
Age Limit Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 02 March 2026. Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC-NC – 3 years, PwBD (VH/HH/OH/MD) – 10 years.
Educational Qualification Full-time Engineering Graduation in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines. Minimum 60% aggregate marks for UR/OBC-NC candidates and 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Graduation Year Eligible candidates must have completed engineering graduation on or after 01 April 2023. Those who graduated before this date are not eligible.
Nationality Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
Other Conditions Candidates with prior apprenticeship experience or more than one year of work experience are not eligible. Registration on the NATS portal is mandatory.
