HPRCA Teacher Recruitment 2026, Vacancy 624, Last date 21 February 2026

1. Register on the One Time Registration (OTR) portal.
2. Login and fill the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) form.
3. Upload scanned photograph and signature (max 1 MB, JPG/JPEG/PNG).
4. Enter correct personal details as per Matric Certificate.
5. Pay the examination and processing fee online.
6. Submit the form before 21 February 2026 (11:59 PM).
7. Download and keep a copy of the application form for documentation.

Selected candidates will receive a fixed honorarium of ₹30,000 per month, payable for 10 months in each academic year. The engagement is under the CBSE Affiliated Schools of Excellence scheme and is purely contractual for five years. No additional allowances, pension, or government service benefits will be applicable, ensuring transparency in remuneration.

• Matriculation and 10+2 certificates (proof of schooling in Himachal Pradesh or Bonafide Himachali status)
• Graduation and Post-Graduation mark sheets (English/Mathematics specialization)
• B.Ed. certificate with compulsory subject details
• Valid category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL/WFF) as per HP Government norms
• Recent passport size photograph and scanned signature (JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 1 MB)
• Identity proof such as Aadhaar, Driving License, or Voter ID
• Any additional certificates supporting reservation or disability claims (PwBD/PwD)

The recruitment test will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT) or Written Screening Test, carrying 120 marks with a duration of 1.5 hours. Each question will be objective type (MCQ).

• Subject knowledge up to prescribed qualification level (English/Mathematics)
• General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh and Current Affairs
• Everyday Science and Logical Reasoning
• Social Science fundamentals
• General English & Hindi (Matric Standard)

Minimum qualifying marks: 45% for General category, 40% for SC/ST/OBC/WFF. Scores will be normalized if multiple shifts are conducted.

The selection process involves two stages:

1. Written Screening Test / CBT: Objective type exam of 120 marks.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original certificates and self-attested copies.

Final merit will be prepared based on performance in the test and eligibility verification. A waiting list will also be maintained as per HPRCA norms.

Appointments will be made in CBSE affiliated Government schools and other Government schools across Himachal Pradesh. Posting locations will be determined by departmental requirements, and candidates must be willing to serve in any district of the state.
