Basic Pay: ₹48,480/- per month in the pay scale ₹48480–2000(7)–62480–2340(2)–67160–2680(7)–85920 (17 years). Additional allowances and benefits as per IDBI Bank rules.

The recruitment process for Assistant Manager (Grade A) at IDBI Bank comprises multiple stages to ensure fair and merit-based selection:

• Online Test (OT): Computer-based exam with 200 questions across Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. Sectional timings apply. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each section and overall aggregate. There is no negative marking for wrong answers, making accuracy and speed equally important.
• Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates must present original certificates for education, work experience, caste/category, and identity proof.
• Personal Interview (PI): Conducted for 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks: 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD). Candidates may answer in English or Hindi.
• Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT): Final medical fitness check as per IDBI Bank standards.

The final merit list will be prepared using the weighted formula: Final Score = (3/4 × OT Score) + (1/4 × PI Score). Only candidates who qualify in both OT and PI and rank sufficiently high in the combined merit list will be offered appointment.
