• High School Certificate (Proof of Age): Mandatory for verifying date of birth and eligibility as per age criteria.
• Qualification Mark Sheets & Certificates: All relevant academic certificates including B.E./B.Tech, MBA/PGDM, or Physics degree, showing minimum 60% marks.
• Experience Certificates: Issued by previous employers, clearly mentioning duration, designation, and specific work handled in relevant fields.
• Last Pay Drawn Certificate / PPO: Required for candidates with prior employment, especially retired government employees or ex‑servicemen.
• Active Email ID & Mobile Number: Must remain valid throughout the recruitment process for communication of interview call letters and updates.
• NOC from Employer (if applicable): Compulsory for candidates currently employed in government, PSU, or private organizations to ensure proper relieving.
• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD): Self‑attested copy issued by competent authority, if applying under reserved categories.
• Character Certificate: Issued by Police or District Authority, confirming good conduct and antecedents.
• Medical Fitness Certificate: Issued by a District Hospital or authorized medical officer, certifying physical fitness for the role.
• Passport‑size Photographs: Recent color photographs to be affixed on the application form and attached as per instructions.

1. Download Application Form: Visit the DOO (C&S) official website https://ddpdoo.gov.in under the ‘Join Us’ tab and download Annexure “A” in the prescribed format.
2. Fill in BLOCK LETTERS: Complete the form carefully in BLOCK LETTERS only. Ensure all mandatory fields such as personal details, qualifications, and experience are filled accurately.
3. Attach Self-Attested Documents: Include photocopies of proof of age, educational qualifications, mark sheets, experience certificates, last pay drawn certificate/PPO, and category certificate (if applicable). All documents must be self-attested.
4. Envelope Superscription: Clearly superscribe the envelope with: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ____ ON FIXED TERM CONTRACT BASIS”. This ensures proper identification during processing.
5. Submission Mode: Applications must be sent strictly via Speed Post only. No online or hand-delivered submissions will be accepted.
6. Submission Address: Forward the completed application form along with enclosures to:

9. Deadline Compliance: Ensure the application reaches the above address on or before 15 May 2026. Late submissions or incomplete applications will be rejected without consideration.
10. Final Check: Verify that all details are legible, documents are attached, and the envelope is properly sealed before dispatching via Speed Post.

• Screening of Applications: All applications will be reviewed by a Screening Committee to ensure eligibility and completeness. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected at this stage.
• Shortlisting of Candidates: Eligible applicants will be shortlisted based on qualifications, experience, and other criteria. If applications are numerous, higher benchmarks may be applied to narrow down the pool.
• Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview at Dehradun. No online or virtual interviews will be conducted. The interview will assess subject knowledge, technical expertise, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
• Document Verification: Candidates must present original certificates (age, qualification, experience, category, etc.) at the time of interview. Any discrepancy or failure to produce documents will lead to disqualification.
• Final Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared based on interview performance. In case of a tie, the elder candidate (by date of birth) will be ranked higher. If the date of birth is also identical, alphabetical order of names will be considered.
• Result Declaration: Final results will be published on the DOO (C&S) website (https://ddpdoo.gov.in). Selected candidates will also be notified via email.
• Management Rights: The management reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies, modify eligibility standards, or cancel the recruitment process without prior notice.

Primary posting at Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Transferable to other units or locations as per requirement.
