📌 Note: Vacancies are distributed across multiple categories (UR, EWS, SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD) as per Government of India reservation guidelines. Candidates should refer to the official notification for detailed discipline-wise distribution.

1. Visit the official apprenticeship portals:
   • NATS Portal – for Graduate/Diploma Apprentices
   • NAPS Portal – for ITI/DEO Apprentices
2. Complete registration using a valid email ID and mobile number. Ensure OTP verification is successful.
3. Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and category information accurately.
4. Search and apply against IOCL Western Region Establishment ID:
   • NATS Establishment ID: WMHMCC000053
   • NAPS Establishment ID: E01172700332
5. Upload required documents (educational certificates, category certificate, ID proof, photographs).
6. Review all details carefully before submission. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
7. Submit the application online before 26 March 2026 (5 PM).

📌 Note: Stipend rates are subject to revision as per Government of India guidelines and IOCL policies. Apprentices are not entitled to permanent employment after training.

• Educational Certificates: Diploma/ITI/Graduate/12th mark sheets and passing certificates.
• Category Certificate: Valid SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS certificate issued by competent authority.
• Disability Certificate: For PwBD candidates, issued by authorized medical board as per Government guidelines.
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport.
• Photographs: Recent passport-size color photographs (as per application guidelines).
• Age Proof: Birth certificate or Class 10th certificate showing date of birth.
• Address Proof: Utility bill, Aadhaar, or other valid government-issued document.
• Medical Fitness Certificate: As per IOCL’s pre-engagement medical format.

⚠️ Note: All documents must be uploaded in clear, legible format during online application and produced in original during document verification. Incomplete or invalid certificates will lead to rejection.

📌 Note: Selection is purely merit-based. There is no written exam or interview. Candidates must ensure accuracy of academic details, as discrepancies may lead to disqualification.

1. Merit List Preparation: Based on marks obtained in prescribed educational qualifications (Diploma/ITI/Graduate/12th). No written test or interview will be conducted.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original certificates (educational, category, identity, and other required documents) for verification.
3. Pre‑Engagement Medical Fitness Test: Candidates must undergo a medical examination as per IOCL standards to confirm fitness for apprenticeship training.
4. Final Engagement Offer: Eligible candidates who clear all stages will receive an official engagement letter for apprenticeship training in IOCL Western Region.
