Note: Salaries follow the IDA pay pattern and include additional benefits such as DA, HRA, allowances under cafeteria approach, performance-related pay, medical facilities, insurance, NPS, CPF, gratuity, and post-retirement medical benefits. Pay fixation for private sector candidates will be at the minimum of the scale, while PSU candidates will follow IREDA’s pay fixation rules.

• Educational Certificates: Degree, Postgraduate, and Professional qualifications (CA, CMA, MBA, LLB, ICSI etc.)
• Experience Certificates: Proof of relevant work experience in executive roles
• Caste/Category Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates in prescribed Government of India format
• PWD Certificate: Persons with Benchmark Disabilities must submit valid certificate issued by competent authority
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License
• Recent Passport-size Photograph: Scanned and uploaded in specified format
• Signature: Scanned copy in required dimensions
• CTC Proof: For private sector candidates, latest salary slip or CTC certificate
• Age Proof: Birth certificate / 10th class certificate
• Other Supporting Documents: As mentioned in the detailed notification (if applicable)
