• Step 1 – Application Screening: All submitted applications will be reviewed to ensure eligibility and completeness.
• Step 2 – Shortlisting: Candidates meeting the required qualifications and experience will be shortlisted.
• Step 3 – Presentation: Shortlisted applicants may be asked to deliver a presentation on a relevant academic or policy topic.
• Step 4 – Interview: Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview conducted by the NISM selection committee.
• Step 5 – Evaluation Criteria: Assessment will be based on academic credentials, research contributions, professional experience, and subject expertise.
• Step 6 – Final Selection: The final decision will be made considering performance in the interview, presentation, and overall suitability for the role.
• Step 7 – Appointment: Selected candidates will be offered a contractual appointment for 3 years, extendable subject to performance and institutional requirements.

The initial posting of the selected candidate will be at NISM Bhavan, Vashi. However, depending on institutional requirements, NISM reserves the right to post the candidate to any of its other facilities or offices across India.
