1. Carefully read the detailed notification for both Faculty and Non‑Teaching posts available on the official website.
2. Download the prescribed application form and ensure all sections are filled accurately with personal, academic, and professional details.
3. Attach self‑attested copies of required documents including educational certificates, experience proofs, caste certificate (if applicable), and passport‑size photographs.
4. Prepare the application fee Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar, NLUJAA” payable at Guwahati (₹1000 for General/OBC, ₹500 for SC/ST).
5. For Faculty posts, submit applications online via the Apply Online Portal.
6. For Non‑Teaching posts, send the completed offline application form along with enclosures to:
   Registrar, NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY AND JUDICIAL ACADEMY, Assam, Hajo Road, Amingaon, Kamrup, Guwahati – 781031.
7. Ensure the application reaches the Registrar’s office on or before 30 April 2026. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
8. Keep a copy of the submitted application and fee receipt for future reference.

• Research/Publication Proof – For Faculty posts, attach copies of published research papers, books, or UGC‑recognized contributions.
• Caste/Community Certificate – For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates issued by competent authority in Assam.
• Age Proof – Birth certificate or Class 10 admit card/mark sheet.
• Demand Draft – Application fee (₹1000 for General/OBC, ₹500 for SC/ST) drawn in favour of “Registrar, NLUJAA” payable at Guwahati.
• Passport Size Photographs – Recent colour photographs affixed on the application form and extra copies attached.
• Identity Proof – Aadhaar card, voter ID, or other government‑issued ID.
