Ordnance Factory Bhandara Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – 50 Vacancies, Apply Offline before 11 April 2026

Selected candidates appointed as Technician Apprentices will receive a fixed monthly stipend during the one-year training period. This stipend is designed to support apprentices while they gain practical exposure in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering disciplines.

The amount is uniform across all trades, ensuring fairness and equal opportunity for every selected candidate. Apprentices are entitled to medical treatment at Ordnance Factory Bhandara as per rules, and accommodation may be provided subject to availability on payment basis. While the stipend is not equivalent to a permanent salary scale, it offers valuable financial support during the training tenure.

Candidates applying for the Technician Apprentice posts must carefully review the eligibility requirements before submitting their applications. The minimum age limit is 14 years, with no upper age restriction, though applicants between 14–18 years must have their contracts signed by guardians. Educational qualifications require a full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics disciplines, completed after 15 April 2021.

Applicants with prior apprenticeship training or job experience of one year or more are not eligible. Graduate or postgraduate candidates are also excluded from consideration. These criteria ensure that only fresh diploma holders gain valuable hands-on training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961.
