Note: Candidates must ensure they meet the minimum educational qualifications and age criteria before applying. Age relaxations are cumulative where applicable, subject to Government of India rules. All certificates must be valid and issued by competent authorities.

1. Visit the official AIIMS examination portal: Apply Online.
2. Register with a valid email ID and mobile number to generate login credentials.
3. Fill in the application form carefully with personal, educational, and professional details.
4. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and thumb impression as per guidelines.
5. Upload required certificates such as caste/category certificate, PwBD certificate, NOC (if applicable), and educational qualifications.
6. Pay the application fee online using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking:
   • General/OBC: ₹3000
   • SC/ST/EWS: ₹2400
   • PwBD: Exempted
7. Preview the application form and ensure all details are correct before final submission.
8. Submit the application form online and download the registration slip for future reference.
9. Correction window will be available from 25 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 for limited edits.
10. Keep a copy of the application form and payment receipt safely for document verification.

Note: Applications must be submitted online only. No physical documents will be accepted. Ensure eligibility criteria are met before applying.

Note: All documents must be uploaded during application or produced at the time of verification. Failure to provide valid certificates will result in cancellation of candidature.

Stage I: Computer Based Test (CBT)
The first stage will consist of 200 objective-type questions. Out of these, 160 questions will be based on the subject relevant to the post, while 40 questions will cover General English, Aptitude, and General Awareness. Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and incorrect answers incur a penalty of 1/3 mark. Cut-off marks: 50% for UR/EWS candidates and 45% for OBC/SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Stage II: Document Screening
Candidates qualifying in Stage I will be shortlisted at a ratio of 1:5 (five times the number of vacancies). Shortlisted candidates must upload and verify eligibility documents. Only those found provisionally eligible will proceed to Stage III.

Stage III: Descriptive Written Test (DWT)
This offline, pen-and-paper test will assess practical application of subject knowledge, analytical ability, professional judgment, and decision-making skills. Duration: 2 hours. Maximum Marks: 50. The test will be conducted in English and will evaluate candidates on administrative, ethical, and procedural awareness relevant to the post.

Note: The competent authority reserves the right to modify or amend the examination scheme in public interest or administrative exigencies, with due notification.

Stage I: Computer Based Test (CBT)
Candidates will first appear for a CBT consisting of 200 objective-type questions. Marks will be awarded for correct answers, with negative marking for incorrect responses. Cut-off scores are fixed at 50% for UR/EWS and 45% for OBC/SC/ST/PwBD categories.

Stage II: Document Verification & Screening
Shortlisted candidates (five times the number of vacancies) will undergo document screening. Eligibility will be confirmed based on uploaded certificates, including educational qualifications, category certificates, and NOC (if applicable).

Stage III: Descriptive Written Test (DWT)
Provisionally eligible candidates will be called for a pen-and-paper descriptive test. This stage evaluates subject knowledge, analytical ability, professional judgment, and decision-making skills. Duration: 2 hours, Maximum Marks: 50.

Final Merit List:
Merit will be prepared based on performance across all stages. Tie cases will be resolved using prescribed rules, ensuring fairness and transparency. The final selection is subject to multi-stage verification and approval by the competent authority.

Note: Any candidate failing to produce valid documents or certificates at the required stage will have their candidature cancelled without further notice.
