1. Download Annexure-I (Application Form) and Annexure-II (Checklist) from the Career section of the RLDA website (see Important Links below).
2. Print Annexure-I and fill it in BLOCK LETTERS using a BLUE BALL PEN; affix a recent passport-size photograph with crossed signature.
3. Attach self-attested copies of all supporting documents: matriculation certificate (age proof), degree certificates & full mark sheets, experience certificates, category certificate (if applicable), last 3 months’ payslips, Form-16 of FY 2025-26, photo ID, address proof, four recent passport photos, NOC from current employer (if working in Govt/PSU/Autonomous body), and updated CV.
4. Scan the complete set and email it to site.engg.rlda@gmail.com.
5. Send the signed hard copy by post or deliver in person to:
   Deputy General Manager / HR,
   Rail Land Development Authority,
   Unit No. 702-B, 7th Floor, Konnectus Tower-II,
   DMRC Building, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-110002.
6. Ensure both the email submission and hard copy reach RLDA on or before 22 May 2026.
7. Original documents will be verified at the time of interview.

1. Initial Screening: Applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria, completeness of documents, and qualifications.
2. Salary Consideration: Last drawn gross salary will be evaluated to determine suitability and alignment with RLDA’s pay structure.
3. Experience Assessment: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in construction, development, electrical, or MEP works will be verified.
4. Academic Performance: Percentage of marks obtained in B.E./B.Tech Civil/Electrical Engineering will be considered, with weightage for M.Tech qualification.
5. Preference for Govt./PSU Experience: Candidates with at least 1 year of direct work experience in Indian Railways, Central PSU, State PSU, or Government departments will receive additional weightage.
6. Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview to assess technical knowledge, project exposure, and suitability for RLDA projects.
7. Final Selection: Merit will be prepared based on combined evaluation of salary, experience, academic marks, interview performance, and preference criteria.
8. Contract Engagement: Selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for 1 year, extendable depending on project requirements and performance.

Selected candidates will be posted at RLDA projects across Pan India as per requirement.
