• Class 10th onwards Marks Cards & Certificates: Upload scanned copies of all academic certificates starting from Class 10th, including marks obtained in each examination.
• Caste Certificate (if applicable): Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories must upload a valid caste certificate issued by a competent authority. OBC candidates must ensure they are not in the creamy layer.
• Experience Certificates: Submit proof of relevant work experience in the prescribed format, clearly mentioning the duration, role, and responsibilities handled.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC): Candidates working in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies must upload a NOC from their employer. If not available at the time of application, a signed undertaking must be uploaded stating that NOC will be submitted during certificate verification.
• Identity Proof: A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) must be uploaded.
• Passport-size Photograph & Signature: Recent color photograph and scanned signature in the prescribed format and size.
