• Parent pay will continue as per the officer’s current CDA/IDA grade.
• Additional deputation allowance will be provided in line with RVNL norms.
• Applicable pay levels: Level‑14 (CDA) / IDA E‑8 (₹120000 – ₹280000 per month).
• Eligibility also extends to Level‑13 (CDA) officers with 17 years Group ‘A’ service.
• IDA E‑7 officers with four years in grade are also eligible.
• Allowances include government service benefits such as medical, pension, and leave entitlements.
• Performance‑linked incentives may be applicable based on project outcomes.
• Salary structure ensures parity with parent cadre pay plus deputation benefits.
