The recruitment process for CIPET Group A Supervisory posts will be conducted in multiple stages to ensure fair and transparent selection. Candidates must qualify at each stage to progress further.

1. Application Screening: All applications will be reviewed to verify eligibility, qualifications, and completeness of documents.
2. Written Test: Shortlisted candidates may be required to appear for a written examination assessing technical knowledge, general aptitude, and subject‑specific skills.
3. Skill/Practical Test: For technical posts, candidates may undergo a practical/skill test to evaluate hands‑on expertise in relevant equipment, processes, or HR/administration tasks.
4. Interview: Qualified candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess communication skills, leadership qualities, and suitability for the role.
5. Final Selection: Merit will be determined based on performance in all stages, relevant experience, and eligibility criteria. The final list will be published on the official CIPET website.
