• Educational Certificates & Mark Sheets: SSC/10th, ITI, Graduation/Post‑Graduation certificates as applicable, along with consolidated mark sheets.
• Experience Certificates: Proof of relevant work experience or apprenticeship training, clearly mentioning duration and role.
• Caste/Category Certificates: Latest SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS certificate in prescribed Government of India format, duly signed by competent authority.
• PwBD Certificate: For candidates applying under Persons with Benchmark Disabilities category, valid disability certificate (40% or more).
• Driving Licence: Valid LMV/HMV licence with minimum 3 years’ experience (mandatory for Driver post).
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID for verification.
• Passport Size Photographs: Recent color photographs as per specifications mentioned in notification.
• Signature: Scanned copy of candidate’s signature in required format.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC): For candidates already employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies.

• Competitive Written Examination: For Technical Officer posts, consisting of Paper‑I (Mental Ability), Paper‑II (General Awareness & English), and Paper‑III (Concerned Subject).
• Evaluation Criteria: Paper‑II and Paper‑III will be evaluated only for candidates who secure minimum threshold marks in Paper‑I.
• Final Merit List: Prepared based on marks obtained in Paper‑II and Paper‑III for Technical Officer; for Technician/Driver, performance in Trade/Skill Test and written exam will determine selection.
