Note: Qualification must have been acquired within the prescribed minimum course duration. Experience in Construction of Refinery, Petrochemical, Pipeline & Infrastructure projects shall be given added advantage.

Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC (NCL) – 3 years; PwBD UR/EWS – 10 years; PwBD OBC – 13 years; PwBD SC/ST – 15 years; Ex-Servicemen – as per Govt. rules.

Candidates must produce the following documents at the time of the walk-in interview along with a self-attested photocopy set. Ensure all originals are carried for verification:

• ✅ Six copies of the duly filled online application form with recent passport-size colour photograph affixed.
• ✅ Valid Government-issued photo ID (Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, Aadhaar).
• ✅ Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/Class X certificate or Birth Certificate).
• ✅ Educational certificates: Mark sheets and passing certificates of Matriculation, HSC, Degree/Post Graduation (all semesters/years).
• ✅ Experience certificates clearly mentioning joining date, separation date, and nature of work handled.
• ✅ Supporting documents such as offer letters, pay slips, PF/ESI statements, or bank statements to substantiate employment.
• ✅ Category certificates: SC/ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwD (in prescribed formats from competent authority).
• ✅ Disability certificate (if applicable, minimum 40% disability).
• ✅ Ex-Servicemen: Discharge certificate and prescribed proforma.
• ✅ No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates employed in Central/State/Autonomous bodies.

Note: EIL follows a simplified process for this walk-in drive. There is no written test; selection is based entirely on screening and interview performance.

Selected candidates will be deployed primarily at foreign construction sites of Engineers India Limited (EIL), reflecting the organization’s global presence in refinery, petrochemical, and infrastructure projects. These postings provide exposure to international standards, large-scale engineering challenges, and diverse work environments.

However, candidates must be prepared for all-India liability, as assignments can also be located across various regions within India depending on project requirements. Flexibility in relocation is essential, and postings may shift between domestic and overseas sites to meet organizational needs. This ensures professionals gain both national and international experience while contributing to EIL’s mission of engineering excellence.
