• Educational Certificates: Mark sheets and degree certificates of qualifying examinations (10th, 12th, Graduation, Computer Diploma/Certificate).
• Computer Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science OR DOEACC ‘O’ Level/CCC Certificate.
• Age Proof: Birth certificate, Class 10 certificate, or any government-issued document showing date of birth.
• Caste/Category Certificate: Valid certificate issued by competent authority for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates (U.P. domicile only).
• Domicile Certificate: Mandatory for candidates claiming reservation benefits in Uttar Pradesh.
• Disability Certificate: For PwBD candidates, issued by recognized medical authority as per rules.
• Photo & Signature: Recent passport-size photograph and scanned signature in prescribed format.
• Experience Certificates: If applicable, for candidates with prior relevant work experience.

3. Register with valid personal details including name, email ID, and mobile number.
4. Login using the generated credentials and access the application form.
5. Fill in all required details carefully: personal information, educational qualifications, and category details.
6. Upload scanned copies of documents (photo, signature, certificates) in the prescribed format and size.
7. Pay the application fee online via SBI payment gateway (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI).
8. Review the application form thoroughly before final submission.
9. Submit the application form and download the confirmation page.

• Stage I – Preliminary Examination (General Studies): OMR-based objective test covering General Science, History, Constitution, Current Affairs, Reasoning, and Computer Awareness.
• Stage II – Mains Examination (Subjective Type): Conventional written exam testing comprehension, drafting, and analytical ability.
• Stage III – Computer Knowledge Test: Computer-based test (CBT) to assess practical knowledge of data entry, word processing, and typing speed (minimum 25 WPM in English).
• Final Merit List: Prepared based on performance in all three stages. Candidates must qualify each stage individually to be considered for selection.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo verification of original documents before final appointment.

The selected candidates will be appointed in the establishment of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.
