BSNL JTO Telecom Recruitment 2026 – 100 Vacancies | Apply Online till 3 July 2026

• Class 10 Certificate (DOB Proof): Mandatory for verifying date of birth. Must be issued by a recognized board.
• Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet: Engineering degree in relevant stream along with semester/year-wise mark sheets.
• Valid Photo Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID. Must be government-issued and valid.
• Category Certificate: SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwBD candidates must upload a valid certificate issued by competent authority in prescribed format.
• Recent Passport-size Photograph: Color photo with white background (20–50 KB, JPG/JPEG format).
• Signature: Scanned signature (10–20 KB, JPG/JPEG format) to be uploaded during registration.
• PwBD Medical Certificate: For candidates applying under PwBD category, issued by a government medical board.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC): Required for candidates employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies.

1. Visit the BSNL Recruitment Portal.
2. Click on “Apply Online” and register using a valid mobile number and email ID. OTP verification is mandatory.
3. Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and circle preferences carefully.
4. Upload scanned documents including photograph, signature, certificates, and ID proof in the specified format.
5. Pay the application fee online using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. No offline payment accepted.
6. Preview the application form, make corrections if required during the correction window (04–11 July 2026).
7. Submit the application form and download the confirmation page for future reference.
8. Keep a copy of the registration slip and admit card safely for examination and document verification.

• Stage 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective type exam with 120 questions (Engineering Stream I & II, General Ability). Negative marking applies.
• Stage 2 – Merit List Preparation: Based on marks obtained in CBT. Minimum qualifying marks: UR/OBC(CL) – 40% per section & 50% overall; SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/EWS – 35% per section & 45% overall.
• Stage 3 – Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original certificates for verification.
• Stage 4 – Medical Fitness Test: Candidates must pass BSNL’s medical examination standards.
• Final Merit List: Prepared considering CBT marks and training performance. Appointment letters issued only after successful completion of all formalities.

• Exam Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT).
• Duration: 3 hours, single shift.
• Marking Scheme: +4 marks for correct answer, -1 mark for incorrect answer.
• Qualifying Marks:
  • UR/OBC(CL): 40% per section & 50% overall.
  • SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/EWS: 35% per section & 45% overall.
• Merit List: Prepared based on total marks across all three sections, subject to qualifying marks.
• Syllabus: Engineering Stream I & II (as per engineering degree level), General Ability (aptitude, reasoning, awareness).

Selected candidates will be allotted to one of the 21 BSNL Circles based on merit and preference. They are liable to serve anywhere in India as per BSNL’s transfer policy.
