Documents Required for the Walk-in

Candidates must carry self-attested copies along with the originals of the following documents when attending the walk-in at SAC Ahmedabad:

• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card and PAN Card
• Date of Birth Proof: SSC (10th) mark-sheet & certificate or Birth Certificate
• Educational Certificates: Mark-sheets & certificate of qualifying exam (Degree / Diploma / ITI)
• Category Certificates: Latest OBC (NCL FY 2026-27) / Caste / EWS / Disability certificate, if applicable
• Character Verification: Local Police Verification cum Character Certificate (Original)
• Medical: Blood Group report
• Bank Details: SBI account details
• Photographs: Recent passport-size colour photographs

These documents are mandatory for verification and without them, the application will not be accepted.

How to Apply for ISRO SAC Apprentice 2026

The application process is strictly offline and in person at the SAC-ISRO venue. Email or postal applications will not be accepted. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Step 1: Register on the correct apprenticeship portal:
   • NATS portal for Graduate and Technician apprentices
   • Apprenticeship India (NAPS) portal for Trade apprentices
2. Step 2: Download and fill the attached application format provided with the official notification.
3. Step 3: Gather all required documents (see “Documents Required” section).
4. Step 4: Attend the walk-in at:
   Building No. 30-D (Recruitment Section), SAC-ISRO, Jodhpur Tekra, Ahmedabad – 380015
   Reporting Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
5. Step 5: Submit your application in person and enter your details in the attendance sheet to confirm your order of appearance.

Applications will be accepted only during the specified dates: 20 June 2026 to 03 July 2026.

Selection Process — How Candidates Will Be Chosen

The selection process is straightforward and based entirely on the first-come, first-serve principle. There is no written examination or competitive test. Seats are filled in the order of arrival until the limited vacancies are exhausted.

• Step 1: Eligible candidates must register on the correct apprenticeship portal (NATS for Graduate/Technician, NAPS for Trade) before attending.
• Step 2: On the walk-in day, candidates report to the venue and enter their details in the attendance sheet to confirm their order of appearance.
• Step 3: Document verification is carried out by SAC officials.
• Step 4: Seats are allotted strictly in sequence of arrival until all available slots are filled.
• Step 5: Shortlisted candidates must execute an apprenticeship contract under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

This transparent process ensures equal opportunity for all eligible applicants, with priority given to those who arrive earlier and complete documentation correctly.
