• Educational Certificates: Mark sheets and passing certificates of Higher Secondary or Technical Higher Secondary with Drawing subject.
• Domicile Certificate: Proof of permanent residence in Chhattisgarh, issued by competent authority.
• Caste Certificate (if applicable): Valid SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate issued by state authorities.
• PWD / Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable): Disability certificate or discharge certificate from competent authority.
• Photo & Signature: Recent passport-size photograph and scanned signature in prescribed format.
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar card, voter ID, or other government-issued ID for verification.
• Experience Certificate (if applicable): For candidates claiming prior service or relaxation benefits.

1. Step 1: Visit the official Vyapam portal – Apply Online.
2. Step 2: Register with a valid mobile number and email ID to generate login credentials.
3. Step 3: Log in using your credentials and access the Tracer (Civil) recruitment form.
4. Step 4: Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and category information carefully.
5. Step 5: Upload scanned copies of required documents (photo, signature, certificates) in the prescribed format.
6. Step 6: Pay the application fee online using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
7. Step 7: Review the application form thoroughly before final submission.
8. Step 8: Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
9. Step 9: Take a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

• Written Examination: Conducted by CG Vyapam, covering General Knowledge and Technical (Civil/Drawing) subjects.
• Merit List Preparation: Based on marks obtained in the written exam, prepared category-wise as per reservation norms.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original documents for verification.
• Final Selection: Candidates fulfilling eligibility and document verification will be appointed as Tracer (Civil).
• Reservation Policy: Applicable as per Chhattisgarh state government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-servicemen/women candidates.
