Selection Procedure - MP High Court Recruitment 2026

Stage 1 – Preliminary Screening Examination: 100 MCQs (IT fundamentals, programming, DBMS, networks, cybersecurity, etc.) to be completed in 2 hours.
Stage 2 – Practical Examination: Hands-on test based on the same syllabus as the preliminary exam, carrying 25 marks.
Stage 3 – Interview: Personal interview at High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur, carrying 15 marks. Candidates must bring original documents for verification.
Stage 4 – Past Performance Appraisal: Evaluation of last 2 years’ Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) or monthly performance records, carrying 10 marks.
Final Merit List: Prepared based on aggregate marks from Practical Exam, Interview, and Past Performance. Minimum 40% required to qualify.
Tie-Breaker: In case of equal marks, the older candidate will be placed higher in the merit list.
