2. Step 2 – Note Your Enrolment Number: After registration, carefully note your NATS/NAPS enrolment number. It is mandatory for the NHPC application form.
3. Step 3 – Apply on NHPC Website: Visit NHPC Official Website → Career Section → Engagement of Apprentice → Apply Now. Fill in trade, personal details, educational qualifications, category, and enrolment number.
4. Step 4 – Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of NATS/NAPS Registration Form, 10th Marksheet (age proof), ITI/Diploma/Degree certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), recent passport-size photograph, and signature.
5. Step 5 – Submit & Save: Review all entries carefully and submit the application before 06 May 2026, 5:00 PM. Save or print a copy of the submitted application for future reference.

Important: Candidates should apply for only one region/state/trade. Applications submitted through any mode other than the NHPC official website will not be accepted. Those awaiting final results or who have already completed one year of apprenticeship training are not eligible.

Note: Apprentices will be placed at the respective NHPC units based on trade requirements and merit. Shared accommodation or allowances may be provided depending on the training location.
