• Educational Certificates: Mark sheets and degree certificates of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Age Proof: Birth certificate, 10th class certificate, or any government-issued document showing date of birth.
• Caste/Community Certificate (if applicable): Valid certificate issued by competent authority for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
• Disability Certificate (if applicable): Certificate issued by a recognized medical board for PwD candidates.
• ID Proof: Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License.
• Photographs & Signature: Recent passport-size photographs and scanned signature in prescribed format.
• Experience Certificates (if applicable): Proof of prior work experience in relevant field.

1. Visit the TGPSC OTR Portal.
2. Register with valid email ID and mobile number to generate login credentials.
3. Login using your credentials and access the application form.
4. Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and category information carefully.
5. Upload scanned copies of required documents (certificates, ID proof, photo, signature).
6. Pay the application fee online using debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
7. Review the application form thoroughly before submission.
8. Submit the application and download the confirmation slip for future reference.

• Stage 1 – Written Examination: Objective-type test consisting of General Studies (150 marks) and Civil Engineering subject (300 marks).
• Stage 2 – Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original certificates for verification.
• Stage 3 – Final Merit List: Prepared based on written exam performance and verification of eligibility documents.
• Appointment: Candidates selected will be appointed as Assistant Executive Engineers in the Roads & Buildings Department, Telangana.
