Eligibility Criteria

Requirement	Details
Age	• Minimum: 18 years (not born after 01 July 2008) • Maximum: 44 years (not born before 02 July 1982) • Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST/BC/EWS, 10 years for PwD, up to 5 years for Telangana Govt employees, 3 years + service for Ex‑Servicemen/NCC instructors. • Superannuation age limit: Not beyond 61 years after relaxations.
Education	• Must hold B.Arch OR B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Planning) OR B.Planning / B.Tech (Planning) OR M.A/M.Sc (Geography/Geoinformatics). • Additionally, a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Town & Country Planning from a recognized Indian University OR Fellowship/Associateship of Institute of Town Planners of India. • Degrees obtained via Distance Education must be recognized by UGC/AICTE/DEB. • Equivalent qualifications will be considered only after expert committee approval.
