• Stage 1 – Written Examination: Candidates must appear for a written test based on the prescribed ANM syllabus. The exam will evaluate knowledge in nursing, maternal and child healthcare, and public health practices.

The written exam will consist of objective-type questions covering ANM curriculum topics. Each correct answer carries equal marks, and there is no negative marking. Candidates must secure qualifying marks to be shortlisted for document verification.

Selected candidates for the ANM (Health Worker – Female) posts will be appointed across multiple districts of Uttarakhand as per the official vacancy distribution. The postings are district‑wise, ensuring equitable healthcare coverage in both rural and urban areas. Candidates should be prepared for deployment in community health centers, primary health units, and government hospitals within their allotted district.

Job locations include districts such as Almora, Bageshwar, Chamoli, Dehradun, Haridwar, Nainital, Pauri Garhwal, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal, Udham Singh Nagar, and Uttarkashi.
