• Educational Certificates: Mark sheets and degree certificates of B.Com / M.Com / CA / ICWA or equivalent qualification.
• Age Proof: Birth Certificate, 10th class mark sheet, or any government-issued document showing date of birth.
• Caste/Category Certificate: Valid certificate issued by competent authority for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates.
• Disability Certificate: For PwD candidates, issued by a recognized medical board.
• Ex-Serviceman Certificate: If applicable, issued by the competent authority.
• Passport-size Photographs: Recent color photographs as per UPSSSC guidelines.
• Signature: Scanned copy of candidate’s signature in prescribed format.
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Driving License.

1. Visit the official UPSSSC website: upsssc.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Apply Online” link under the recruitment section.
3. Register yourself using basic details such as name, mobile number, and email ID to generate login credentials.
4. Login with your credentials and access the application form.
5. Fill in personal, educational, and communication details carefully.
6. Upload scanned copies of required documents, photographs, and signature in the prescribed format.
7. Pay the application fee online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
8. Review the filled application form and submit it.
9. Download and print the application form for future reference.

The selection process will be conducted in multiple stages to ensure fair recruitment:

• Written Examination: Objective-type test covering General Knowledge, Hindi, English, Accounting, Auditing, and Computer Knowledge.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original certificates for verification of eligibility.
• Final Merit List: Prepared based on performance in the written exam and successful document verification.

Only candidates who clear all stages will be appointed to the Auditor and Assistant Accountant posts.
