Vacancies are distributed across East, West, North, South, and Central zones with reservations as per RBI notification and Government of India guidelines.

• ✅ Educational Certificates – Mark sheets and degree/diploma certificates in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
• ✅ Experience Certificates – Proof of relevant work experience or apprenticeship training in PSU.
• ✅ Caste/Category Certificates – SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates must provide valid certificates in prescribed format.
• ✅ Disability Certificate – PwBD candidates must submit permanent disability certificate issued by competent authority.
• ✅ Photo Identity Proof – Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID.
• ✅ Age Proof – Birth certificate, school leaving certificate, or government ID showing date of birth.
• ✅ Recent Passport Size Photographs – As per RBI specifications for exam and application form.
• ✅ Signature – Scanned copy of candidate’s signature for online application.

1. 🔹 Visit the official RBI website (www.rbi.org.in) or IBPS portal.
2. 🔹 Navigate to “Recruitment for Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical) – 2026” section.
3. 🔹 Click on the Apply Online link.
4. 🔹 Register with basic details (name, email, mobile number) to generate login credentials.
5. 🔹 Fill in the online application form carefully with personal, educational, and experience details.
6. 🔹 Upload scanned documents – educational certificates, caste/disability certificate (if applicable), photo, and signature.
7. 🔹 Pay the examination fee online using debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
8. 🔹 Review the application form thoroughly before final submission.
9. 🔹 Submit the application and download the confirmation page.
10. 🔹 Save/print the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

• ✅ Selection will be conducted in two stages – Online Examination and Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
• ✅ The Online Examination carries a total of 300 marks with 180 questions across English, Engineering Papers I & II, and Reasoning.
• ✅ Negative marking applies: ¼ mark deducted for each wrong answer.
• ✅ Candidates must qualify in each section of the exam separately to be considered.
• ✅ Approximately 5 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for LPT based on merit.
• ✅ The LPT will be conducted in the official/local language of the respective RBI zone.
• ✅ Candidates not proficient in the local language will be disqualified.
• ✅ Final merit list will be prepared based on performance in the Online Exam + LPT.
• ✅ Medical fitness and document verification are mandatory before appointment.
• ✅ RBI’s decision on selection and eligibility will be final and binding.
