• Graduation Mark Sheet & Certificate: Proof of completion of a recognized graduate degree.
• Age Proof: Birth certificate, Class 10 certificate, or any government-issued document showing DOB.
• Caste/EWS/PwD Certificate: Valid certificate issued by competent authority in prescribed format (if applicable).
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, or Voter ID for verification.
• Photographs: Recent passport-size color photographs as per specifications.
• Signature: Scanned copy of candidate’s signature in required dimensions.
• Address Proof: Utility bill, Aadhaar, or other valid government-issued document.

1. Visit the official recruitment portal: Apply Online.
2. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number to generate login credentials.
3. Log in with credentials and fill in personal details, academic qualifications, and category information.
4. Upload scanned copies of required documents (photo, signature, certificates) in specified formats.
5. Pay the application fee online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
6. Review the application carefully before final submission to avoid errors.
7. Submit the application and download the confirmation slip for future reference.
8. Check registered email/mobile regularly for updates and admit card notifications.

Selection will be conducted in multiple stages to ensure fair assessment:

• Online Test: Objective-type exam covering General Awareness, English, Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, and Union Bank Products.
• Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate reading, writing, and speaking ability in the local language of the applied state.
• Document Verification: Original certificates and documents will be checked for eligibility compliance.
• Medical Fitness Certificate: Candidates must provide a certificate from a registered physician confirming fitness for apprenticeship.
• Final Merit List: Prepared based on exam scores, language proficiency, and successful verification.

Duration: 60 minutes | No negative marking

Apprentices will be posted across India in Union Bank branches/offices. Allocation is based on state preference and administrative requirements.

• State-wise Posting: Candidates will be engaged in the state they apply for, subject to vacancy availability.
• District Preference: Applicants can select up to five districts, with home district as first preference. Final allotment is at the discretion of the Bank.
• Urban/Rural Distribution: Posting may be in rural, semi-urban, urban, or metro branches depending on need.
• Transfer Policy: Apprentices may be shifted within the applied state as per administrative requirements.
• National Coverage: Vacancies are spread across all states and union territories, ensuring pan-India opportunities.
• Training Environment: Apprentices will gain exposure to customer service, branch operations, and banking practices in real-world settings.
